What we make, and what we supply
The line runs straight through the range, and we keep it visible. Fixings for steel grating and fencing, hook bolts and formed parts to drawing are made here: our own presses, our own forming tools, our own tool shop. Standard parts to DIN and ISO are supplied by us: procured through inspected European sourcing and checked against the same criteria we apply to the parts we make ourselves. For the buyer that means one contact, one quotation and one delivery for both halves of a bill of materials. Shipped worldwide from Germany. Technical questions are answered by people who work in the production, not by a sales desk.

We make fixings and hook bolts in every variant and stamped, bent and formed parts from flat and wire material — from the prototype and the single piece to the large series. The forming tools and fixtures for them are designed and built in our own tool shop, which is what keeps a special part flexible in development and repeatable in production. As a German manufacturer with more than 80 years of experience, we are the contact for requirements a standard catalog does not cover.

Quality you can re-order
For a purchaser the question is rarely whether a part can be made once. It is whether the third call-off will still be the same part. Three things answer that here.
The tool for your part stays with us. A repeat order runs against it instead of being developed again, so the geometry does not drift between batches.
Quality management is certified. What was inspected on the first batch is documented in an inspection plan rather than carried in someone's head.
Standard parts to DIN and ISO are checked against the same criteria as the parts we make, so a bill of materials does not split into two quality levels.
A drawing released with us can be called off again years later, against the same tool and the same inspection plan. That is what a second and a third order are actually bought on.
