Clamp or plate tops are used as fastenings without anti-slip protection. Fastening tops with vertical bars (safety clamps) are used to prevent movement in the direction of the support bar and can be used with welded, pressed and plug-in gratings. Plate tops can have anti-slip elements on the surface.
The use of stainless steel fastenings has proven to be effective for plastic gratings due to their use in frequently aggressive environmental conditions.
For steel fastenings, hot-dip galvanizing, electrogalvanizing or the use of Sendzimir galvanized material offers protection against corrosion.
