Gitterroste sind in vielen Bereichen im Einsatz, beispielsweise als Abdeckung von Lichtschächten, Treppenstufen oder als Bodenbelag in Industriehallen. Damit Gitterroste sicher und stabil liegen, ist eine gute Befestigung unerlässlich.

Arten von Gitterrostbefestigungen

Es gibt zwei Hauptarten von Gitterrostbefestigungen: Klemmen und Direktverschraubungen.

Klemmen

Klemmen sind die einfachste und kostengünstigste Art, Gitterroste zu befestigen. Sie werden in die Maschen des Gitterrostes eingehängt und mit einer Schraube oder einem Bolzen fixiert. Klemmen sind in verschiedenen Größen und Ausführungen erhältlich, sodass sie für Gitterroste mit unterschiedlichen Maschenbreiten und -formen geeignet sind.

Hakenschrauben

Hakenschrauben umschließen eine Trägerkonstruktion und sichern das Gitterrost gegen verschieben und abheben. Hakenschrauben werden mit einem Klemmenoberteil kombiniert. Je nach Ausführung der Hakenschraube wird eine Schraube oder Mutter zur Befestigung nötig.

Direktverschraubungen

Direktverschraubungen werden direkt in das Gitterrost oder den Untergrund verschraubt. Sie bieten eine hohe Stabilität und Sicherheit, sind jedoch auch etwas teurer als Klemmen. Direktverschraubungen sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen erhältlich, beispielsweise als Bohrschrauben oder Setzbolzenbefestigungen.

Befestigungssätze sind zusammengefasste und auf den Anwendungsfall abgestimmte Kombinationen von Klemmen oder Hakenschrauben, die vormontiert oder lose als Set zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Welche Gitterrostbefestigung ist die Richtige?

Die Wahl der richtigen Gitterrostbefestigung hängt von verschiedenen Faktoren ab, beispielsweise von der Größe und Art des Gitterrostes, dem Auflager des Gitterrostes und den Anforderungen an die Sicherheit. Zusätzlich ist der Einsatzzweck und Einsatzort entscheidend für die Auswahl des korrekten Korrosionsschutzes.

Für kleinere Gitterroste und leichte Belastungen sind Klemmen in der Regel ausreichend. Für größere Gitterroste, schwere Belastungen oder in Bereichen mit erhöhtem Sicherheitsrisiko sind Direktverschraubungen die bessere Wahl.

Sicherheitsbefestigung in Absturzbereichen

In Bereichen, in denen Absturzgefahr besteht, ist eine zusätzliche Sicherheitsbefestigung erforderlich. Diese verhindert, dass der Gitterrost verschoben oder abgehoben werden kann. Für die Sicherung von Lichtschachtrosten sind in verschiedenen Befestigungsausführungen erhältlich, beispielsweise als Ketten, als Bügel oder Verschluss.

Montage von Gitterrostbefestigungen

Die Montage von Gitterrostbefestigungen ist in der Regel relativ einfach. Die genaue Vorgehensweise hängt von der Art der Befestigung ab. Bei Klemmen werden diese in die Maschen des Gitters eingehängt und mit einer Schraube oder einem Bolzen fixiert. Bei Direktverschraubungen werden die Schrauben oder die Setzbolzenbefestigungen direkt in das Auflager gesetzt.
